Pilates & equipment based program, designed specifically for the Argonauts by a trained Exercise Physiologist, Marcelle Malan. She combines the best of clinical Exercise Physiology with a creative, playful and holistic training style that engages the whole body and mind, building strength, mobility and stamina along the way
The Argonauts program will focus specifically on parts of the body required for rowing, including core and trunk, shoulders, quads, and flexibility in hamstrings.
