Pilates & equipment based program, designed specifically for the Argonauts by a trained Exercise Physiologist, Marcelle Malan.   She combines the best of clinical Exercise Physiology with a creative, playful and holistic training style that engages the whole body and mind, building strength, mobility and stamina along the way

The Argonauts program will focus specifically on parts of the body required for rowing, including core and trunk, shoulders, quads, and flexibility in hamstrings.

Cost:
$153.40 for 10 sessions (sign up here) or $20 casual rates - if spaces are available - (pay one week in advance).
Time: Sunday afternoon
3.30 - 4.30pm (12 max)
If the first session fills up, we will organise a second session 4.30 - 5.30pm (Min 6 - Max 12). 
Email antwerp@melbourneargonauts.com.au if the first session is full and you wish to reserve a spot for the 4.30-5.30 session.  A new event will be created for this.
If we end up with 2 groups we'll do one session a month with everyone to incorporate some team building.
Dates (these are listed in your event confirmation once registered):
We've agreed the following dates which means you won't be missing out if you do the regattas and take time off for public holidays.*
Feb: 17, 24
March: no ates available!
April: 7, 14, 28
May: 5, 12, 19, 26
June: 16
Assuming this 10 week program works, it will continue up to the Outgames, and resume in September.
