WelcomeThe Melbourne Argonauts is Australia’s first LGBTIQ+ rowing club and one of only a handful of independent LGBTIQ+ rowing clubs in the world. We aim to create a friendly inclusive environment for those who want to row socially or competitively. We are a club where people meet, connect and grow in a nurturing and positive environment. We value diversity, fun, openness, inclusiveness and an active lifestyle. |

We are honoured that our patron is The Hon Michael Kirby AC CMG, former High Court judge and well-known human rights activist, LGBTIQ advocate and continued work with HIV/AIDS and the global right to health.
To show our pride for our patron in 2018 we named the new addition to our fleet, a Hudson Eight, after him. |
