This is your opportunity to be involved in shaping the future of the club, come along to see the journey so far and participate in the next steps. 

The Committee has been busy in the off-season working on our Strategic Plan 2021-2024 project, with our consulting partners Leisure Networks, Moore Australia, & Hardwood Andrews—made possible with our successful grant application. 

Early on in the project we surveyed members and that valuable feedback was used in the development process, we've reached the point now where our progress is ready for presentation and again there is opportunity for members to engage with and have input into the project, as we move to the final stages of development and into implementation.

This event will either be in person at Thorne Harbour Health, in Abbottsford (with refreshments and nibbles provided), or if the restrictions do not allow for this then it will be held online.

Regardless of the location, the event will be a mix of social catch up with friends (it's been a while since we've all seen each other away from the sheds), a short presentation of the project and progress so far, plus interactive breakout rooms where you can dive deeper into a focus area, ask questions, provide your feedback that will feed the next steps, and find out what opportunities there will be for you to participate in the implementation and contribute to the success of the plan.
