AGM 2020 + 19/20 Season Awards & Games Night

The Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 5.00pm on Saturday, 12 September 2020. Incorporated with the AGM event will be our 2019/20 regatta season Year In Review video and awards presentations and social Argos Games Night. 

Ordinarily, the AGM is a chance for us all to get together to celebrate the season that’s been. Of course, this year that will have to be a little different. Instead of gathering in person, we’ll be meeting over Zoom. The Zoom meeting room will be open from 4.45pm, so please try to arrive early so we can start on time.

Following the formal agenda items of the AGM we'll move to the fun item of presentation of awards for the 2019/20 regatta season. After which will be a short dinner break before we start the 2nd Argos Games Night.

4:45pm - Zoom Meeting Room Opens
5:00pm - AGM starts
5:45pm - 2019/20 Season Awards
6:00pm - Dinner Break
6:30pm - Argos Games Night 2.0

Attendance to this event is free to all members, voting in AGM matters is only permitted by paid members (not Fargonauts). Please select the relevant option when registering.
