The Argo Strategy Consultations Part 2 will provide an opportunity to share your ideas about the club.  

The session will focus on four key areas, Culture and Values, Club Operations, Future of the Club, and our role within the Community.  

Culture and Values will include the code of conduct, cultural club events, fundraising. 

Club Operations will include reviewing the Induction Manual, member expectations, roles within the club, how to contribute to the club, rowing events, the role of the committee.  

The Future of the Club will include potential growth, membership structure, potential equipment and club requirements, opportunities for club house, and future partnership opportunities.  

Our Role within the Community will include how we operate within the LBGTI community, our role within the rowing community, and our role within the local communities we visit.  

A key outcome for the day session is reflection on how we can all contribute to the operations, events and activities of the club.
