COST: $56 - Includes; Ergfit session (Saturday); Coached training & Lunch (Sunday)

Please bring:

Snacks and water for breaks
Wet (and cold) weather rowing gear
Water bottle
Lunch will be provided on Sunday only (indicate requirements on registration form)
