The general committee wants to hear from all members about what you want our future coaching and rowing development arrangements to be.

To get the discussion going, please read this paper which is brimming with possible ideas … NONE OF WHICH HAVE BEEN DECIDED … this is a discussion process after all!

There are three ways you can have your say:

Come along to an open forum on Saturday December 10 at 10.15am at the Great Provider (to be run in conjunction with breakfast after social rowing)
Come along to an open forum on Wednesday, 30 November at 8pm at our clubrooms (to be run after squad training)
