The Melbourne Argonauts runs several Introduction to Rowing Programs throughout the year.

The structured program consists of two sessions running over a weekend, where you will receive an introduction to this fabulous sport. The first session is held indoors where we will teach you the rowing movements and terminology, while the second session is on-water. Once you graduate, you will be given a four week training membership entitling you to attend weekly training sessions one evening per week and Saturday morning social sessions where you can really get a feel for the club and the sport.

The Introduction to Rowing Program cost $150 per person
