Ergft are offering the Melbourne Argonauts 8-10 erg sessions leading up to the World Masters Rowing Championships

Commencing on Thursday 31st July @7:30pm, for 8 consecutive weeks until Thursday 18th September or Thursday 2nd October, for the 10 week plan, for $132 for the 8 sessions or $165 for the 10 sessions.

We need a minimum of 8 participants to pre-pay for the 8 or 10 sessions.
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of your group classes.

Training will be more specific with race preparation, time trials and bodyweight rowing specific exercises to do similar to what we did for your preparation for the Antwerp Games, with technique - skills and drills, aerobic conditioning, core conditioning, high intensity fitness testing (maximal over 100 metres, 500 metre sprints and 1km racing) or a combination of the above
