The countdown has started for Return to Rowing so it's time to get active and get ready for a return to rowing and crew boats!

Each week over the next three weeks as we countdown to a return to rowing the challenge for every Argo is to complete as many of the weekly strength and conditioning exercises as you can so we're ready to get back to the sport we all love.

Do them as many times as you want and submit your totals daily so they're added to the leader board. Each week we'll announce the winner and at the end the most Active Argo!

Week 1 (11/10 - 17/10) - Squats (🏆 : Angus Birdsall (700))

Week 2 (18/10 - 24/10) - Crunches (🏆 : Andrew Burns (1260))

Week 3 (25/10 - 31/10) - Star Jumps

You'll get bonus points if you share a photo or video of yourself completing the weekly challenges. An extra bonus point if you do them in your zootie!

Ensure you follow all state government restrictions as you participate and remember the COVIDSafe principles; wear a face mask, social distancing of 1.5mtrs, good & regular hand hygiene and stay at home if you feel unwell or have symptoms.
